We are busy. We are stressed. We are overwhelmed. Ok... maybe not everybody is- but most people I talk to say the same things.
The truth is, our bodies are not meant to be in stress mode all day- they don't function well!
They are also not meant to be sitting all day- but that is for another day ;0)
