Usually, to start, I see people weekly. Most people are pretty fed-up and frustrated by the time they come for counseling. Having weekly sessions at the beginning allows us to create some momentum for change and get you feeling better faster! We reevaluate this schedule and as you start to feel relief, and reach your goals.
