Our lives are stressful today- it seems like everywhere we look we find anxious, stressed out people. Join me at the CSU, Stanislaus campus for a meet and greet from 11-1 pm that will be followed by a practical presentation where you will be taught several skills for relaxation. The evening presentation will start at 6 pm.

My goal of the training is to have everyone in the room relaxed and sleepy by the time we are done! This is one presentation where someone snoring in the back is a good thing!

Send me a note at mirandamft@gmail.com for information- or just stop by and say hello!

Looking for a Speaker

Are you looking for a speaker for your organization in Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, Ripon, or city in Stanislaus County?
